  8. This program can display and/or update the AWeb cache register (the AWCR file
  9. located in AWeb's cache directory).  AwcrMAN currently supports AWCR used in
  10. AWeb 1.6/2.1 and 3.0.  It can display content (all or just URLs) and convert
  11. the 1.6/2.1 format to 3.0 one to allow usage of an AWeb 1.6/2.1 cache with
  12. AWeb 3.0.
